Squid rings with sweet'n sour dip

Ingredients

500 g
Breaded squid rings
1 tbsp.
olive oil
1 dl
chicken stock
1 tbsp.
sugar
2 tbsp.
vinegar
1 tbsp.
tomato ketchup
1 tbsp.
soy sauce
1/4 tsp.
salt
1/2 clove
garlic
1 1/2 tsp.
corn flour

Procedure

Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan.

Heat the dip while stirring.

After 2 minutes, remove the pan from the heat. Let the dip cool and place it in a serving bowl.

Fry the squid rings unthawed in oil in a frying pan or deep fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
