Pangasius rolls

Ingredients

1/2 pcs.
organic lemon
4 pcs.
pangasius rolls
2 dl
fish broth or white wine
1 tsp.
salt
1 tsp.
pepper

Procedure

Pangasius are rolled and steamed in broth/wine and salt and pepper in tinfoil for about 7 minutes.

Drip the pangasius rolls with lemon.

Serve on a bed of green salad, rice or new potatoes and a cold glass of white wine.
